Reset Unlocking Counter back to 10 attempts.

Most of locked modem always provide us to enter Unlocking Code 10 attempts. If those attempts are run out, your modem would has no more chance to be unlocked any more.

If your modem was manufactured by Huawei, it's your good luck now. There is a tool, for Huawei modem only, to reset the unlocking counter back to 10 attempts.

1). Download Huawei Modem Unlocker_5.7.7.rar .
2). Extract and Run the Huawei Modem Unlocker with your modem plugged to your PC.

3). Try to choose COM Port one by one and Press READ MDM DATA ( Until the reading RESULT look similar to the above picture.
4). In SERVICE, Check the RESET COUNTER and Press SERVICE.
5). Now the unlocking attempt is reset.


Note : Do not use this software to unlock your Huawei modem, it may unlock for temporary or forever for sometime. Go Here for a proper unlock guide.

    I have downloaded the software, but when i try to runs it, it then asks me to put my port of connection which I don't know and also asks me to enter the model of my huawei modem which is not in the list of model provided by the software. I am wondering if you can help me do this!!

    the model is E313 and IMEI:866539011977972

    not working dude..
    I cant unlock my modem and even cant reset my lock counter

    This not working. i have tried all the way. it saying it's unlocked and reset as here mentioned. but it's not working. still my counter is full 0 lesft
